Music and Art Therapy Education for Seniors

Professional art therapists lead a series of four sessions each in music, art, and drama therapy for seniors: musical relaxation, creative expression through colors and memories, and movement to music. The sessions are designed to promote well-being and social interaction; no artistic experience is required. Participation is free of charge.
