Description
The museum’s educators come to the school and lead a session on the mass deportations of Lithuania’s people carried out by the Soviet occupation regime: the geography of the places of exile, the fates of deportees and of those who carried out the deportations, and the causes and course of the repression. They also discuss why some deportees came back and others did not. The programme is for grades 5–12.
