English'Discover glass art' – make a fused-glass decoration at school
Description
Young glass artists from the Glass Point studio come to the school and explain how a glass artist works. The pupils cut glass themselves, arrange a composition and make a small glass decoration. The pieces are taken to the studio, fused in a kiln at 800 °C, fitted with hangers and brought back to the school.
