Zumba is energetic dance fitness to Latin American and world music rhythms, with simple moves and an upbeat mood. At the “Dejo Visi” studio, Zumba is led by the partner team “Zumba Dance Family”: on Thursday evenings in the rooftop hall and on Sunday evenings in the main hall. Suitable for complete beginners – you need neither a partner nor dance experience, just comfortable clothes, sports shoes and water. Before coming for the first time, register by phone or on the website.
