Description

The youth Lithuanian folk dance group of Pasvalio Petro Vileišio gimnazija. Its repertoire consists of stylised Lithuanian folk dances and stage compositions created by choreographers. “Apynėlis” takes part in national Song Celebrations, has won awards at competitions, adds sparkle to school celebrations and performs in Pasvalys, elsewhere in Lithuania and abroad. Every year school leavers move on, so new dancers are welcome every autumn. Rehearsals take place in the assembly hall twice a week; the club is free for the school’s students.
