Young Riflemen – Varėnos “Ąžuolo” gimnazija

Young riflemen at Varėnos “Ąžuolo” gimnazija meet in two groups – grades I–II and grades III–IV – and learn first aid, topography and orienteering, drill, the safe handling of air guns and outdoor survival. Classes follow the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union four-level program, and during school holidays the young riflemen go on hikes and to camps. Taking part is free: fill in the “Tapk jaunuoju šauliu” form on sauliusajunga.lt or contact the club leader; you become a young rifleman by taking the pledge.
