Description
The Young Riflemen club is one of the most popular clubs at Lazdijų Motiejaus Gustaičio gimnazija (about 50 students attend): members get to know the Lithuanian Armed Forces and the Riflemen's Union, train at the school's shooting range, go hiking and prepare for level tests. Classes follow the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union four-level program, and during school holidays the young riflemen go on hikes and to camps. Taking part is free: fill in the “Tapk jaunuoju šauliu” form on sauliusajunga.lt or contact the club leader; you become a young rifleman by taking the pledge.
