Young Riflemen

Young riflemen at Kalvarijos gimnazija learn first aid, map reading and orienteering, drill, safe handling of air guns and outdoor survival, and take part in commemorations of national holidays and memorial days. Activities follow the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union four-level program, and during school breaks the young riflemen go on hikes and to camps. Taking part is free: fill in the “Tapk jaunuoju šauliu” form at sauliusajunga.lt or contact the club leader; you become a young rifleman by taking the pledge.
