Young Riflemen – Alytaus Dainavos progimnazija

Young riflemen in grades 5–8 from Alytaus Dainavos progimnazija meet at Alytaus šaulių namai, where they learn first aid, topography and orienteering, drill, the safe handling of air guns and outdoor survival. The club is split into two groups: students in grades 5 and 8, and students in grades 6–7. Classes follow the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union four-level program, and during school holidays the young riflemen go on hikes and to camps. Taking part is free: fill in the “Tapk jaunuoju šauliu” form on sauliusajunga.lt or contact the club leader; you become a young rifleman by taking the pledge.
