Young Farmers' Club “Sūnu 748. mazpulks”

Mazpulki (the Latvian 4-H movement) is a children's and youth organization whose members carry out their own projects every year: they grow vegetables or flowers, make crafts, try out small businesses, and take part in environmental clean-ups and community activities. At Sūnu pamatskola in Kūkas, mazpulks sessions are held for separate groups of grades, from grade 3 to grade 9; in summer the children work on their projects, and in the fall they present them at Mazpulki forums. To take part, contact the school.
