Young Farmers' Club “Līvbērzes mazpulks”

Līvbērzes mazpulks is a Mazpulki (Latvian 4-H movement) unit at Līvbērzes pamatskola, with separate groups for students in grades 1–3 and 4–9. Each member carries out their own project over the year – growing vegetables or flowers, making crafts or trying out a small business – and presents it in the fall at the Mazpulki project forum. Members also take part in community work days, harvest festivals, the summer camp “Visu daru es ar prieku!” and the sports games “Zaļais starts”; the school has also hosted the Mazpulki summer camp “Vasaras skola”. To take part, contact the school.
