EnglishYoung Farmers' Club “Auces mazpulks”
Description
Among the non-formal education clubs at Auces vidusskola (Auce) is a mazpulks – a Mazpulki (Latvian 4-H movement) unit for students. Over the year, members carry out their own projects – growing vegetables or flowers, making crafts or trying out a small business – and present them in the fall at the Mazpulki project forum. They also take part in community work days and environmental clean-ups, the summer camp “Visu daru es ar prieku!” and the sports games “Zaļais starts”. Ask the school about session times and the leader.
