Description
Wrestling training for the youngest at Šakiai sports club “Audra”, running since 1999. Sessions combine the basics of judo, grappling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu: exercises for coordination, safe falling, flexibility and general fitness, adapted as play for preschoolers. The monthly participant contribution is €35, or €10 for those in the non-formal education (NVŠ) programme; family members get discounts.
