EnglishWorkshop “Behind the Scenes of the Naisiai Summer Theatre”
Description
This Cultural Passport programme for pre-schoolers and pupils in grades 1–8 begins with a performance at the Naisiai Summer Theatre, after which children go backstage with one of the actors. They learn how a show is born, from the first idea to opening night, and about the people the audience rarely sees: directors, set designers, artists, costume makers, lighting and sound designers and technicians. The session lasts 40–90 minutes for groups of 7–20 pupils and must be booked in advance.
