Wind Instrument Lessons

The Nemenčinė Art School offers private lessons in wind instruments: students can choose between the flute, clarinet, saxophone, or trumpet, and learn proper breathing techniques, tone production, and music reading. The elementary program is designed for children ages 7–11; in addition to individual lessons, students attend solfège and other group classes. During the admissions process, musical ear, sense of rhythm, and memory are assessed. Starting at age 12, adolescents and young adults up to age 21 who have not previously studied music can choose the music appreciation program.
