Violin Lessons

The Nemenčinė Art School offers private violin lessons: students learn how to hold the violin and bow correctly, produce a clear sound, and read sheet music. The elementary program is designed for children ages 7–11; in addition to individual lessons, students attend solfège and other group classes. During the admissions process, students’ musical ear, sense of rhythm, and memory are assessed. Starting at age 12, adolescents and young adults up to age 21 who have not previously studied music can choose the music appreciation program.
