Description
Two evenings of theory and practice for people whose loved ones misuse alcohol or other substances or have behavioural addictions. A clinical psychologist certified in the CRAFT method teaches how to communicate, respond in difficult situations and look after yourself. Free; held on MS Teams, a camera and microphone are needed.
