Description

The “Vakarė” women’s ensemble at the Jonava University of the Third Age rehearses every week; its repertoire includes romances and other songs. The ensemble organizes the “Oi, žodeliai, žodeliai” romance festival, in which ensembles from other Third Age Universities also participate. Residents of the Jonava district who are of retirement age are accepted into the Jonava Third Age University: they must submit an application to the university coordinator and sign a learning agreement.
