Description

Formed in June 2020, the band “Linas” plays traditional Lithuanian folk instruments—the violin, accordion, drum, and others. Most of their repertoire consists of compositions by the group’s founder and director, Asta Grigaitienė. In 2023, the band won the “Pašešupių Armonikos” band competition, and in 2024, they won the regional qualifying round of the “Grok, Jurgeli” competition. The ensemble performs at folk music festivals and at celebrations in both cities and villages.
