Swimming Pool and Saunas

The wellness center at the “Daina” Hotel in Jūrmala, which is also open to non-hotel guests: a 24-meter-long and 8-meter-wide pool (depth 1.35–2.3 meters, 28 °C) with a waterfall, counter-current, massage jets, and a separate lap lane; a children’s pool; two hot tubs; a Finnish sauna, a juniper sauna, and a Turkish bath. A single-entry ticket is valid for 2.5 hours; prices are lower on weekdays than on weekends; children under 13 years old pay a reduced rate, and children under 3 years old enter for free. Visits must be booked in advance by phone.
