Swimming Pool and Saunas – “Lielupe by Semarah” Wellness Center (Jūrmala)

The wellness center at the “Lielupe by Semarah” hotel in Jūrmala is open to non-hotel guests as well: a 25-meter pool with two waterfalls, a heated children’s pool with a fountain, a hot tub, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a contrast shower, and a “Technogym” fitness center. A visit lasts 2.5 hours; a towel is included; Discounts are available on weekdays, as well as for seniors (60+), people with disabilities, families, and Jūrmala residents (with a “Jūrmalnieka Karte”). Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult; children under 3 enter free of charge; admission is available until 8:00 p.m.
