Sport dances for children
Description
Šokti hello!
The benefits ofŠoki are quickly felt by children. Moving to the music, they release the tension of school or everyday life, letting go of excess energy and replacing it with good emotions and a good mood. Not only is it a pleasant exercise for the body, but it is also a great way to relax the mind and revitalise the soul.
In addition, the kids' helps to correct posture and strengthen the spine, which is particularly useful for children who spend much of their day sitting down.
Šokis – part of culture and communication
Sports and recreational šokis – are not just about physical training. They develop elegance, a sense of aesthetics and emotional intelligence. The child learns to use the rhythm of music to express his/her feelings, mood, and relationship with the environment.
Since ancient times, šokis has been a form of communication and self-expression for people that is to say: through movement people have been rejoicing, mourning, worshipping or even casting spells. It is therefore part of our culture, inherited from the earliest humans.
Motivation for kids – competition and achievement
Šoking can be started at any age, but the best time to learn – is between the ages of 6 and 10 years, when a child is particularly receptive to new movements.
Children are encouraged not only by the joy of learning, but also by the opportunity to compete in competitions in Lithuania and abroad, to take part in events, and to try their hand on stage. This experience builds competence, discipline and self-confidence.
