Description
Sigrida Rupšytė-Paleičikė, a clinical speech-language pathologist and teacher of the deaf, works with young children who are late to start speaking, children who have received cochlear implants, and also teaches them to pronounce certain sounds correctly (R, Š, Ž, Č, S), develops their phonemic awareness, and prepares them for reading and writing. She uses therapy focused on oral motor skills, nutrition, and voice training. A comprehensive speech-language assessment is conducted during the initial consultation; sessions take place in Balsiai, and remote consultations and in-home visits in Vilnius are available.
