Singing Lessons

The singing class focuses on developing the voice, breathing, and diction; In individual lessons, students learn to sing solo; older students can sing in a vocal ensemble, and young singers learn to play the piano as a second instrument. Students in grades 1–2 are accepted into the elementary music education program; in the first year, classes are held once a week, and later twice a week; all first-graders take solfège, and participation in the children’s choir is recommended. For older youth, there is a 2–4-year amateur program, while adults can study in the adult program; instruments can be rented from the school.
