English“Šerkšnas” folk song ensemble for people with disabilities
Description
The folk song ensemble “Šerkšnas” rehearses on Wednesdays at the Kaunas headquarters of Kauno krašto neįgaliųjų sąjunga. Its members are adults with disabilities who love Lithuanian folk songs and being together. The ensemble is part of the union's amateur arts and self-expression activities, and its rehearsals are included in the union's social rehabilitation schedule. Anyone who would like to sing is welcome to call the union in advance or drop by its headquarters on Šv. Gertrūdos Street on weekdays from 10 a.m. to ask how to join.
