Description
A seniors' folk dance group made up of dancers with long stage experience. At rehearsals, members learn and polish Lithuanian folk dances and prepare programmes for concerts, song celebrations and dance festivals, and in May the group itself hosts the national festival “Šokio sūkury”. The dancers also try to pass their experience on to younger people. Rehearsals are held two evenings a week on the premises of Vytauto Žemkalnio gimnazija. Anyone who wants to join is invited to contact Panevėžio kultūros centras.
