Description
The “Sedula” women’s choir of the Kazlų Rūda Cultural Center was born out of a desire to sing and participate in the World Song Festival—in the fall of 1997, when two vocal ensembles, the Cultural Center and the Forestry Administration, and the first rehearsal took place. In 2002, the choir participated in the Lithuanian Adult Choir Competition and earned a Category I, Level II rating in the regional round. Since 2016, the choir has been directed by Rima Berentaitė, with Valda Puskunigienė serving as concertmaster.
