Recreational swimming groups for children

Health-promoting swimming classes for children and teenagers at the Kaunas District Sports Center’s Mastaičiai Pool. These are not athletic training sessions or competition preparation: the classes focus on developing swimming skills and movements in the water, strengthening the body, and improving endurance and overall well-being. Groups are organized by age, and sessions are held twice a week for 45 minutes each. Registration is available online via the Kaunas District Sports Center registration form; space is limited.
