Private Pilot License (PPL) and Ultralight Aircraft (ULO) Pilot Courses – Paluknis Airfield

The Vilnius Aero Club at Paluknis Airfield trains private pilot license (PPL) candidates—on Cessna 150 and Tecnam P2002JF aircraft— with a minimum of 45 flight hours—and microlight aircraft pilots (ULO) on “Bristell” aircraft, with a minimum of 26 flight hours. Students are permitted to fly solo starting at age 16, and a PPL license is issued starting at age 17. Theory is taught remotely with consultations from January through March, and flight training takes place from April through October or November; Training typically takes 1–2 seasons. After completing the course, you can rent the same aircraft for your own flights.
