Pole sport and pole dance for adults – Virago Pole Studio, Panerių g.

Virago Pole Studio is a pole sport and pole art space in Vilijampolė, at Panerių g. 51 (2nd floor). Pole Sport Zero classes are for those who have never tried it: you get to know the grip points, climbing, and spins on a static and a spinning pole. From there you move on to levels A and A/B, while Pole Flow classes work on choreography and smooth transitions (heels optional). In the mornings there's an all-levels Pole Mix, and there are also flexibility and strength sessions without a pole. You book classes on the website, and you can start with a trial class or an 8-class introductory course.
