Pole dance for adults

Feel Good is a pole dance studio in Rīga, on Avotu iela, with two halls and tall professional poles. Groups are divided by direction and level: in “Tricks” classes you learn spins, tricks and strength elements, in “Exotic” a more fluid dance, often in heels. Beginners can choose the “pre-level” and “from zero” groups, those who have danced longer the intermediate level. A class lasts 70 minutes, and you book it online. The first time you can come to a trial class, then buy a pass.
