Description

Latvijas Paralimpiskā komiteja (the Latvian Paralympic Committee) is holding a Para Sport Day at the Sigulda Sports Center for people with mobility and visual impairments – regardless of age, fitness or sports experience. In one day you can try more than 13 para sports: para rowing, para shooting, table tennis, sitting volleyball, goalball, showdown, tandem cycling, wheelchair basketball and tennis, floor curling, archery, alpine skiing and throwing events. Coaches will advise you where to keep training. Participation is free and places are limited: fill in the online form by November 9 (a separate one for an assistant). Family members and friends are welcome too.
