Description
Starting in September 2026, the Panevėžys Sports Center will be forming new orienteering groups for children born between 2013 and 2016. The training sessions focus on building endurance, speed, and coordination; children learn to read maps, choose routes, and navigate in the city and in the woods; they participate in competitions, and training camps are held during school breaks. The group is coached by longtime coach Algirdas Šalkauskas and new coach Lina Čečinaitė.
