EnglishMixed gymnasium choir “Solis Ortus”
Held at “Biržų „Saulės“ gimnazija” for its own children only.
Description
The mixed choir “Solis Ortus” of Biržų “Saulės” gimnazija brings together girls and boys in gymnasium years I–IV who love to sing. The singers learn to sing in several parts, develop their voice and musical ear, and prepare programs for school celebrations and concerts; the choir took part in the choral program of the Lithuanian Schoolchildren's Song Celebration. Rehearsals are held four times a week after lessons – in room 109 and in the assembly hall. It is an after-school (non-formal education) activity for the school's students, with no fee; anyone who wants to join should contact the school.
