Mineral Water Pools and Saunas

The mineral water pool and sauna complex at the “Palanga Life Balance SPA” hotel is open to non-guests as well: a 20-meter-long mineral water swimming pool (depth 140 cm, 26–28 °C), a shallow Roman pool, indoor and outdoor whirlpool baths, a sauna, an eco-sauna, a steam room, and a cedar relaxation room with water beds; during the warmer months, an outdoor pool is also available. Children under 14 may visit the complex from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; the mineral water may discolor swimsuits.
