English"Mėguva" Folk Ensemble
Description
Since 1988, the “Mėguva” folk ensemble has been carrying on the traditions of the Palanga region: singing songs from Šventoji, the Curonian Spit, and Samogitia, as well as hymns, sutartines, performing circle dances, and playing traditional music. The ensemble organizes the Jurgines festival in Palanga, performs at international festivals, and has an instrumental group. Anyone interested in traditional culture is welcome to join us.
