Description
The Lithuanian folk dance group of “Atžalyno” gimnazija is for students in gymnasium years I–IV – both girls and boys. At rehearsals they learn Lithuanian stage and folk dances from different ethnographic regions, work in pairs and as a whole group, and prepare programmes for school celebrations and town events. The group rehearses twice a week after lessons in the school’s event hall. Classes are free and intended for the school’s students; to join, contact the leader.
