"Laimės Pasaga" Horse and Pony Discovery Club

A program for children ages 6–10 who are interested in horses and ponies: the focus is not on riding, but on interacting with and caring for the animals—children learn how to approach a horse safely, pet it, brush them, clean them, and keep their environment tidy; they also learn about hoof care, saddles, and bridles. They learn to understand a horse’s body language, learn about breeds and colors, and reinforce their knowledge through creative activities, games, and quizzes. They’re allowed to sit in the saddle briefly, but this is only a small part of the program.
