Description
The kickboxing and MMA group at the “Audra” Sports Club in Šakiai is for older teenagers, young adults, and adults. During training sessions, participants refine their K-1 striking techniques, practice with a partner, and prepare for competitions. The monthly membership fee is €40; discounts are available for payments covering multiple months.
