Description
The Garliava Martial Arts and Sports Association “Budo” teaches competitive (WKF) karate. Children and teenagers learn basic techniques, kata, and sparring, developing speed, flexibility, and endurance, while advanced students prepare for Lithuanian and international competitions. There is a separate group for beginners; please contact the coaches to arrange a time.
