Judo – Open Youth Space, Garliava

Description

The Kaunas District Sports Center (which incorporated the former Kaunas District Judo and Equestrian Sports School in 2025) offers judo training sessions in Garliava, at the Open Youth Space. In the beginner groups, children learn how to fall safely, perform throws and holds, and develop strength, flexibility, and coordination. In the advanced training groups, more experienced athletes refine their techniques and prepare for Lithuanian and international competitions. You can register via the KRSC online registration form; the fee is €10 per month.
