Judo

Judo practice at the Kazlų Rūda Sports Center. This Olympic sport, which originated from Japanese jujitsu, strengthens not only the body but also the mind. One of the key aspects of training is learning how to fall properly; this skill helps prevent injuries not only on the mat but also in everyday life. Children who attend classes regularly develop strength, speed, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Children ages 7 and up are welcome to join the training sessions, and there is also a separate group for children ages 6–9. Classes are held in the Forestry Hall on Miškininkų Street.
