High heels for adults

High heels is a dance style danced in high-heeled shoes, with a lot of attention to posture, walk, fluidity and expressive choreography. The Tina Dance studio in Klaipėda has a group for beginners, a group for advanced dancers and a daytime group on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. The classes are for girls and women from age 17, and sessions take place twice a week for an hour. For the first classes, comfortable shoes with a heel are enough.
