High heels for adults

M-Beats is a dance studio in the center of Marijampolė that, alongside street dance for children and young people, offers high heels classes for girls and women aged 16 and over. Dancing in heels, you learn self-confidence and control of your body, posture and walk, and work on feminine choreographies to popular music. There are two groups: one meets on Mondays and Wednesdays, the other on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening. The monthly pass covers eight sessions, and you can also come for a single class.
