Heels dance for adults – “Energy Duck” studio, Liepāja

At the “Energy Duck” studio in Liepāja, women also dance without a pole. On Wednesdays there are “High Heels” classes: you learn to walk, balance and do hair flips in heels, and one choreography is learned over four weeks, so it's best to join at the first or second class. On Friday there is “Strip Plastique”, with more floor work, and on Monday – chair dance. Complete beginners are welcome, and you can also dance without heels. Sign up for each class on the studio's website.
