Description
The Strazdumuiža Day Center holds weekly handicraft classes for adult Riga residents with visual impairments. Participants learn tatting – a knotted lace technique – and make other items, while socializing and spending their free time together. The center also offers minor clothing repairs and other activities. On your first visit, show an ID document and fill in a participant card; it is worth calling the center in advance about places in the group.
