Description
In the handball groups at the A. Ratkevičius Sports School in Eišiškės, children and teenagers learn to control the ball, pass it to teammates, shoot at the goal, and play defense. Groups are organized by age and skill level—ranging from beginner to advanced—and the athletes compete in Lithuanian children’s and youth championships. In Šalčininkai, the sports school’s handball groups train in the gym at the Jan Sniadecki Gymnasium.
