Gymnasium students' folklore ensemble “Saulala”

The folklore ensemble of Biržų “Saulės” gimnazija is for gymnasium students who want to get to know traditional Lithuanian culture beyond the textbook. In sessions, members sing folk songs, learn traditional dances and games and explore old customs; the ensemble represented the Biržai area at the Lithuanian Schoolchildren's Song Celebration. The whole ensemble rehearses together on Tuesdays, and members in years III and IV also have separate sessions. The ensemble meets in room 119; sessions are free and intended for the school's students.
