Description

The Nemenčinė Art School offers private guitar lessons: students learn chords, fingering techniques, and musical notation, and play classical and popular pieces. The elementary program is designed for children ages 7–11; in addition to individual lessons, students attend solfège and other group classes. During the admissions process, musical ear, sense of rhythm, and memory are assessed. Starting at age 12, teenagers and young adults up to age 21 who have not previously studied music can choose the music appreciation program.
