Description
Greco-Roman (classical) wrestling practice at the Kazlų Rūda Sports Center. Competitors continue until, using moves permitted by the rules—such as a takedown, throw, push-down, trip, pin, or spin—the opponent is pinned to the mat with both shoulders. This sport builds strength and endurance, increases muscle mass, and develops coordination, concentration, and strategic thinking. Children ages 8 and up are welcome to join the training sessions; classes are held in the Forestry Hall on Miškininkų Street.
